The educational potential of theatre in a system of inculturation and social rehabilitation of teenagers with deviant behavior

The article is devoted to the influence of theatrical art in a system of inculturation and social rehabilitation of adolescents with delinquent behavior. The factors influencing the personality of a teenager in modern socio-cultural conditions are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the educational functions of the theater in the assimilation of the moral guidelines of society. The empirical basis of this study was an experiment conducted with the students of the charitable foundation, "St. Basil the Great’s Center for Social Adaptation.” According to the results, methods of theatrical pedagogy lead to the most effective developments in the process of comprehensive social rehabilitation of juvenile delinquents.
