«Beside the doors forthcoming panopticon»? (socio-philosophical and technological aspects)

This article discusses the current problems associated with the implementation of the project, including the achievement of "transparency society", which some philosophers (J. Bentham, J-J Rousseau) was developed as a utopia and some (P.-M. Foucault) have been criticized as a dystopia. The relevance of the chosen topic is related dialectics: the authorities of the developed countries speak about the implementation of the principle of democracy, increasingly, on the other hand the rights of citizens are increasingly violated due to new technologies. And, with the development of post-industrial (referred to as "information" or " technetronic") society.
