The occurrence of risks in sociocultural environment: the main causes and significant factors

The article discusses the causes and factors of socio-cultural risks in the post-industrial stage of development of society. The author identifies two key features of post-industrial society - digitalization and economization. The study proposes and argues the use of the basis and postulates of the theory of complexity as a methodological basis, and also defines an important attribute of socio-cultural risks – uncertainty. The publication was prepared with the support of the Grant of the President MK-240.2019.6 «Transdisciplinary model of sociocultural risk management».
