Theoretical and conceptuai conditions of the conceptualization of the concept of «judicial authority»

The article is devoted to the theoretical and conceptual conditions for the conceptualization of the concept of «judicial authority». The problem of establishing the concept of «judicial authority» is associated with the need to establish the theoretical and conceptual conditions for the conceptualization of this concept. The author comes to the conclusion that the theoretical and conceptual conditions of conceptualization are intended to determine the semantic relationship between the concept of «judicial authority» and its theoretical and legal concepts that have arisen independently of the differentiation of judicial functions as the main type of state activity. These concepts, in essence, include the concepts of law, the state and the concepts derived from them.
