Teacher's auto competence and practical mentivity. Acmeological examination in modern education

The article discusses the problem of the teacher's autocompetence in the framework of practical acme mentoring. The author approaches the discussion of this problem by implementing the method of acmeological expertise to maintain the experience of acme mentoring in modern teaching practice. The article reveals the essence of the teacher's autocompetence from the perspective of the basic concepts of mentoring. The results of indicators of the mental states of teachers-mentors in various fields at the intermediate and final stage of acmeological examination are given.
