The article is devoted to the study of traditional rites of the commercial culture of the Sakha people, which has a number of typical similarities with the rituals of the hunting practice of the Turkic-Mongolian peoples of Siberia. The authors give the names of mythological host spirits and analyze hunting rites, including their verbal part - taboo vocabulary. To do this, the article analyzes the names of mythological host spirits and presents a concise description of the hunting and hunting rituals, including their verbal part - taboo vocabulary (ritual texts). In the traditions of the archaic cult of the worship of the bear among the Sakha people, the participation of adolescents in a bear hunt is the main component of initiation.
