The article is devoted to the problems that arise during the work of the investigator, which lead to tension between the parties and a conflict of interest. The article discusses the concepts of conflict in the general and private sense, the issues of the appearance and resolution of conflicts arising in the professional activities of an investigator, since when understanding the definition of a conflict, its content and goals must be taken into account.
In the course of the study, a formal logical method, system analysis was used.
The authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary to consider the essence of the conflict, the reasons for its appearance and occurrence, and also suggest possible ways out of the conflict in the process of investigating.
