Region as a subject of the functioning of artistic culture

The article considers the regional artistic culture as a system that includes a number of important components. The region as a subject of the functioning of artistic culture affects all its components, including: cultural policy, regional art education, education and development of potential recipients of artistic products, amateur art, art criticism, museums, libraries, theaters, cinemas, concert halls, art magazines, printing publishers, video recording studios, local radio and television, IT studios. This system includes traditional and innovative components, the development of each of which becomes the task of a particular region.
