String-bowed art as a cultural system

The article is devoted to the consideration of string-bowed art from the point of view of a systematic approach. The main aspects of the study of its system integrity are outlined. The interpretation of the phenomenon under study from the point of view of the nature of the elements that form the basis of the system is presented. The text reveals a number of typical characteristics, which, depending on the purpose of the study, can be presented in the form of elements and subsystems.
