Analysis of data on techniques, methods of working with stress, modern interpretation of the concept of "professional stress" allowed us to develop a program for correcting the stress states of employees of a commercial organization based on the use of visualization and assessment of their well-being and self-attitude. Professional stress strongly influences the emergence of various variants of depersonalization of the employee's personality, which greatly destabilizes his self-attitude, quality of work, well-being, activity. The proposed program for correcting the stress states of employees of a commercial organization includes work with understanding stress, managing various factors that cause it and teaching techniques for self-regulation of their condition also based on visualization. The program made it possible to increase job satisfaction and acquire new ways to relieve stress. As a result of the study of the possibilities and effectiveness of the stress management program based on visualization, it was determined that before participating in the program, employees experienced a high level of professional stress (75% of the sample): the less the employees have an adequate self-attitude (low level of openness, self-leadership, self-confidence, self-acceptance, self-blame, as well as a high level of internal conflict), the more they are exposed to stress, the higher the probability of its occurrence and development. Also, the development of professional stress is affected by a low level of well-being and mood. The study revealed significant correlations between professional stress and the current psycho-emotional status, self-attitude of employees. After the program, the situation changed: the stress level became lower for most of the participants of the program, and individual and personal parameters changed.
