A STUDY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF TRADITIONAL MUSIC OF ETHNIC MINORITIES IN THE AMUR RIVER BASIN IN RUSSIA

The relevance of the work is explained by the growth of national self-consciousness and increasing interest of researchers to the original forms of national traditions. The purpose of this article is to investigate the development of traditional music and folklore features of national minorities in the Amur River basin in Russia. The author turns to the description of funeral, wedding, and shamanic ceremonies performed by national minorities in the Amur River basin. The author concludes that the musical and ethnic culture of national minorities of the Far East is very diverse. It is original and multifaceted and manifests itself in a variety of musical instruments, anthems, poetic and spiritual symbolism.
