CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT AT THE MUNICIPAL LEVEL: CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS

the article presents an analysis of the management body of the municipality of the Berezovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory of activities for the development of the cultural sector for 2017-2021. As part of the study, the content and results of the activities of municipal cultural institutions are studied, organizational and personnel problems are identified, and ways to solve them are outlined.
