The present study examines the peculiarities of interpretation of the ecological aspects of human subjectness in the historical and philosophical context. The definition of subjectivity is given, the expediency of understanding the ecological aspect of subjectivity as a way of man's attitude and perception of the natural world, understanding his place in it is emphasized; characterizes the features of the essential transformation of subjectness at certain stages of the development of society. As a result of the study, it is concluded that the subjectivity of a modern person, who considers the natural world through the prism of the natural conformity of anthropogenic activity, is a prerequisite for the transition of mankind from a strategy of confrontation to the implementation of the practice of cooperation, cooperation with nature.
