SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL ADAPTATION OF FORMER CONVICTS TO LIFE IN A LAW-ABIDING SOCIETY: PRACTICAL RECOMMENDATIONS

The aim of the work is to develop practical recommendations for the socio-psychological adaptation of former convicts to life in a law-abiding society. These recommendations are addressed to the relatives and friends of former convicts, the former convicts themselves, as well as specialists who carry out preventive work with these persons. The proposed recommendations deal with issues of behavior in the family and in society, peculiarities of communication with others, personal rights and obligations of a former convict in various life situations, etc. The issues of job search and employment are considered separately.
