The article discusses various aspects of the impact of digital technologies on the stages of the cinematic process. It is noted that the fusion of electronic media and films has created the phenomenon of digital cinema, which is presented as a technological phenomenon in which films are created, edited and distributed using electronic media. It is concluded that modern films are created using digital technologies, which makes an indelible contribution to the formation of the transforming language of cinema. Modern web platforms are also playing an important role in the transformation of film production. They provide new opportunities for artists to distribute and distribute films, allowing them to reach a wide audience without the limitations of traditional cinemas. This contributes to the development of independent cinema and the creation of experimental projects that can find their audience and inspire other artists. With these changes in filmmaking, new film genres and formats have emerged, such as interactive cinema, virtual reality, alternate endings and more.
