THE CRISIS OF VALUES IN THE INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGICAL SOCIETY

The article analyzes the social changes caused by the development of information and technological society, which caused the crisis of the value system. The author connects the causes of the crisis of values with the main trends in the development of man-made society, which caused a violation of the conditions of reproduction of values. The crisis of values manifests itself in a significant decrease in the role of value consciousness in the regulation of activity. The crisis of values is interconnected with the crisis of the subject and the crisis of the worldview, which characterize the development of an information and technological society.
