Recently, in the context of the development of civilization, the problem faced by man-made civilization, which has entered a critical stage of development, has become particularly acute: how to ensure that material and technical activities to influence and change the natural environment do not take the threatening form of insurmountable economic, environmental and social crises, and civilization continues the process of development and without any social changes there can be no interaction between nature and man, without infringing on the interests of all people.
