DEVELOPMENT OF ETHNIC TOLERANCE AND INTEGRATION THROUGH SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING

The article presents the results of a research work – a formative experiment conducted with representatives of different ethnic groups in the form of socio-psychological training. The practical results of the study are the creation of methodological recommendations for specialists working with migrants. The purpose of the recommendations is to develop a tolerant attitude of different ethnic groups towards each other, promote ethnic integration, help prevent interethnic conflicts and facilitate the adaptation of migrants to new cultural conditions.
