DEVELOPING CREATIVITY IN PIANO PERFORMANCE: STRATEGIES AND CHALLENGES

The article discusses the main factors and principles for the development of students' creativity in piano performance practice. The concept of “creativity” is considered, factors and pedagogical principles influencing the development of students’ creative abilities are identified. To achieve a comprehensive understanding and deep familiarity with the art of piano music, innovative approaches and teaching strategies must be used.
