CRITICAL PERCEPTION OF WESTERN CULTURE IN THE RUSSIAN PHILOSOPHICAL ENVIRONMENT

The article examines some aspects of criticism of Western culture by Russian thinkers who expressed in their works a desire for the ideal of integrity and the preservation of traditional Russian values. Among such authors are representatives of Slavophilism, the metaphysics of all-unity, pochvennichestvo, populism, spiritual-academic philosophy, personalism, etc. The main points of criticism of Western culture, the spiritual and moral values of which have acquired a mainly relative character, are indicated.
