In emergency situations, events that go beyond the usual collective experience can put people into a state of stress, anxiety, apathy, fear and melancholy. Modern Russia is undergoing complex collisions that have a negative impact on the economy of the state, which significantly destabilizes the psycho-emotional state of citizens, especially men, since most often they are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the family and the fatherland. In a recession, production and business activity are falling, the risk of unemployment increases significantly, real incomes of the population and gross domestic product decrease, as a result of which life-meaning guidelines are distorted and the vitality of the individual is lost. Anxiety in the context of modern challenges of Russian men in the early period of maturity is aggravated by their awareness of the threat of a demographic crisis and increased mortality, since within the framework of their traditional role, the strong half of society should contribute to the reproduction of the population, after which, throughout their lives, promote the health of their wives and children, while maintaining mental health, mobilizing and adapting the body It is quite problematic to treat stressors in an unstable situation in the country and the world.
