PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS: THE IMPACT OF ACADEMIC WORKLOAD AND SOCIAL SUPPORT

the article examines the psychological well-being of university students in the context of the impact of academic workload and social support. Key stress factors associated with the intensity of the educational process and their influence on students' emotional state are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the role of social support, including interactions with family, friends, peers, and faculty, in reducing anxiety and stress levels. Modern stress prevention methods such as mesodiencephalic modulation, psychotherapeutic trance, and resilience development are considered. The issue of bullying in the educational environment and its impact on students' psychological state is also discussed. Recommendations are provided for creating a supportive educational environment to enhance the psychological well-being of students.
