CRISIS AS A FACTOR IN DEFORMATION OF WOMEN'S PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR: APPROACHES TO DIAGNOSIS AND PREVENTION

the exacerbation of the complexities of professional behavior in a crisis requires analysis to identify adaptive mechanisms and mitigate maladaptation: the imperative is the basis of the study devoted to the study of “behavioral deformation” among working women. The study aims to determine the degree of professional maladaptation in crisis, to develop diagnostic tools for its detection and to propose preventive strategies, taking into account organizational and cultural specificities. A multi-method approach was used, combining quantitative tools (behavioral surveys, psychometric assessments) and qualitative data (semi-structured interviews); the data set covers 420 women aged 25-55 years from various industries, analyzed using modern statistical software for pattern recognition. A correlation was found between “emotional dissonance” and decreased professional identity coherence, with maladaptive behaviors increasing by 35% in high-stress environments; diagnostic tools demonstrated 87% accuracy in identifying such patterns; preventive measures, including structured peer interventions, reduced maladaptive behaviors by 28% within the experiment. The results of the study illuminate the two-layered nature of occupational maladaptation (individual and systemic factors).
