Personal information privacy policy
(hereinafter — the Policy) applies to all information that LLC “Scientific technologies” (INN
7721721499, KPP 772101001, OGRN 1117746262897, address: 109443, Moscow, Volgogradsky Prospekt, 116-1-10,
phone: +7(495)-142-86-81, email: redaktor@nauteh.ru), hereinafter the Operator,
can get about the User while using the site http://nauteh.ru/, http://nauteh-journal.ru/, http://nauteh-dpo.ru/ and other resources of
the Operator, further Services.
The use of the Services means the User’s unconditional consent with this Policy and the conditions of their personal information processing specified in it; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the User should refrain from using the Services.
1. Users’ Processed Personal Information
1.1. Within this Policy, “User’s personal information” means:
1.1.1. Personal information that the User provides about himself/herself when registering or using the Services, including the User’s personal data.
1.1.2. Data that is automatically transferred to the Services in the course of their use by means of the software installed on the User’s device, including IP address, cookie data, information about the User’s browser (or other program with which the Services are accessed), technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to the Services, addresses of the requested pages and other similar information.
2. Purposes of Processing Users’ Personal Information
2.1. The Operator collects and stores the minimum necessary personal information that is necessary for the terms of this Agreement, the Operator’s statutory activities and the normal functioning of the Services, unless otherwise provided by law.
2.2. The Operator processes the User’s personal information for the following purposes:
2.2.1. Providing the User with goods and services of the Operator;
2.2.2. Advertising and information activities of the Operator, within the framework of the Operator’s statutory activities and the existing legislation.
3. Terms of processing of Users’ personal information and its transfer to third parties
3.1. The Operator stores and processes Users’ personal information in accordance with internal regulations and current legislation.
3.2. The User’s personal information shall be kept confidential, except as provided by law.
3.3. The Operator has the right to transfer the User’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:
3.3.1. The User has agreed to such actions;
3.3.2. The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable law within the procedure established by law;
3.3.3. Such transfer takes place as part of the sale or other transfer of business (fully or in part), and the purchaser shall assume all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to the personal information received by them;
3.4. At processing Users’ personal data, the Operator is guided by the Federal law of the Russian Federation “On personal data”.
4. Update and Deletion of Personal Data
4.1. Deletion of personal data on the Operator’s initiative: if the Operator decides to stop processing the User’s personal data, in accordance with the Operator’s statutory activities, internal acts and regulations and current legislation.
4.2. Deletion and update of personal data on the initiative of the Visitor or his/her official representative: for this purpose, the User or his/her official representative sends a request to delete or update his/her personal data to the Operator’s post address, in accordance with the current legislation.
4.3. The Operator may continue processing the User’s personal data after receiving his request to delete his personal data, if this is allowed or required by current legislation.
5. Measures Taken to Protect the User’s Personal Data
5.1. The Operator shall take the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, update, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other illegal actions of third parties with it, in accordance with the internal regulations of the Operator and the current legislation.
6. Changes to this Privacy Policy
6.1. The operator has the right to make changes to this privacy Policy. When making changes in the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy shall enter into force upon its publication, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current version is constantly available on the Operator’s website.
