Multiscale adaptive spline transformation in the task of compressing image data

The article is devoted to the development of multi-scale analysis using a spline as the basis function. The algorithm of image data compression with the adaptive calculation of the detailing coefficients is proposed. The estimation of its advantages and prospects of use was conducted.
