Automatic control system for the electric drive of the rolling mill

Rolling mills are inextricably linked with the rolling mill and its electrical equipment. The electric drive is only one part of the complex automated rolling mill system. This article provides a systematic overview of the elements of the controlled electric drive and its operation with the control system. Also, various types of controls are being considered.
