Problems of innovative business transformation

The article considers the problems of economic changes in the in-вационного business in the last sixty years and the perspectives of its development. A disturbing trend is the unjustified deindustrialization of innovation and conscious of the economic, legal and information-number of braking promising technologies, which will allow significantly (several times) to improve the performance of economic resources. One of the main brake of innovative development is excessive commercialization of innovations. Impeding the progress due to the fact that promising technologies in the fields of energy, medicine-n, biology, agriculture may change the whole system of social-economic relations.
