Innovative technologies of human resource management of an organization

The article is devoted to modern problems of human resource management of an organization. The development of horizontal organizational links is considered as a factor of increasing the stability of an organization. In the progress of renovation of administrative relations the development of practices of participative management takes place. The impact on the motivational sphere of employees plays an important role too. The designated approaches can be considered as modern innovative technologies of human resource management.
