Tough market requirements define modern tendencies in the development of higher education. As a result, grows the necessity to search certain approaches, which develop post-masters' skills. Those skills will be used not only to successfully apply one's knowledge to a profession, but also to be innovative within any service-oriented company. For, there are many disagreements about the organization of the educational process and the future employment of the graduates in service-orientated companies. This problem is accompanied by a proper preparation of post-masters for innovative project-making.
This article observes the methodological basics in formation of professional readiness to innovative project making in the field of services. Moreover, the content of innovations in the service industry is considered as a result of an innovative project – a service project, technology or its' separate elements, which are to satisfy the population's needs in services.
