China’s online dispute resolution

In recent years, the combination of arbitration and technology has caused great concern in the international arbitration community. Much of the discussion focused on online arbitration and the use of artificial intelligence in arbitration in accordance with the requirements of arbitration procedures. In addition, making an arbitration decision requires more flexible and effective decisions for arbitration.
