The concept and essence of legal culture in the concept of a culturological approach

This article investigates the concept and essence of legal culture according to the culturological concept in legal science. According to the authors, the legal culture within the boundaries of the culturological approach should be understood as material and intangible artifacts created in the process of human activity in the legal sphere (artificially created legal objects and products of human life).
