MAIN SOURCES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF INNOVATIONS AND INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY IN RUSSIAN LAW

The article provides an elicitation and analysis of main sources of innovative law, determines the features of their content, structure, significance in the legal regulation of innovation, and hierarchy. The fundamental sources of legal regulation in the category of federal laws and by -laws of regulatory acts were identified, their brief description is given. The role of program and conceptual documents in determining the state policy in the field of innovative economy has been indicated.
