DEVELOPING DIGITAL SKILLS AMONG EMPLOYEES: NECESSITY AND METHODS OF TRAINING

The development of digital skills among employees is becoming increasingly relevant due to the rapid technological progress and digitalization of business processes. Companies seeking to remain competitive should invest in developing the digital skills of their employees. The presented article shows the essence and types of digital skills of a modern employee, the directions of digital transformation in Russia within the framework of the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation program, methods of teaching digital skills to employees, the role and necessity of teaching digital skills to employees of Russian enterprises in modern conditions of digitalization. The following methods of teaching digital skills to the company's employees were described: online courses and webinars, internal trainings and workshops, e-learning materials, mentoring and mentoring, game and simulation methods, adaptive learning, project-based learning. The author concludes that the development of digital skills is an ongoing process that requires the integration of learning into the corporate culture. Companies should create an enabling learning environment, encourage employee initiative, and use a variety of methods to meet different learning styles and levels of digital training. Such digital skills training will not only increase employee productivity, but also strengthen the company's position in the market.
