THE PARTIES (PARTICIPANTS) OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AND COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT IN THE PRC

This article discusses the parties and participants in collective bargaining in the PRC. The author substantiates the relevance and significance of the research topic. A brief justification of the dynamics of their interaction and key aspects related to the conclusion of collective agreements are given. The author analyzes the role of trade unions, government agencies, employers and employees in this process. The article is aimed at highlighting the specifics of legislative regulation and practice of collective bargaining in China, emphasizing the importance of these processes for the social stability and economic development of the country. The author concludes that despite some existing problems, there are significant opportunities for improving the negotiation mechanisms. Increasing employee engagement, improving dialogue between participants, and adapting legislation can significantly improve the collective bargaining process, contributing to more harmonious labor relations and social stability in the country.
