THE USE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN RUSSIA

The fight against corruption in public administration in Russia is one of the most urgent processes to ensure the quality and efficiency of public services to the public and business. This article examines digital technologies that are already being used and can be used in the fight against corruption in public administration in Russia, their essence, as well as the advantages of using them in the field of public administration. The study showed that the use of digital technologies in the fight against corruption in public administration in Russia has favorable prospects. To expand opportunities in this area, the following areas were proposed: the use of artificial intelligence for automated identification of conflicts of interest (implementation of monitoring of «virtual traces» on the Internet, automated analysis of data on human relationships); expansion of financial transaction analysis through the use of machine learning and big data processing technologies to automatically detect atypical transactions as potential corruption schemes; further improvement of interaction between various government agencies using digital technologies to improve the efficiency of data exchange related to corruption crimes; the development of the digital ruble based on blockchain technologies and smart contracts in the allocation of budget funds. The proposed directions will make it possible to increase the effectiveness of the measures taken to combat corruption in Russian public administration.
