The article describes the process of creating software for collecting and analyzing data on the availability of proxy servers using machine learning methods. Among the ready-made solutions, there were no options that could fully meet the needs for improving the quality of services provided, so it was decided to start developing its own program that allows, without the active participation of the user, to check and collect information about the availability of proxy servers from public resources, analyze their performance and analyze their availability in the near future. By sending a request to a public web resource through a proxy, it was possible to check the performance based on the response or on the delay of the request. Some machine learning algorithms have been tested for forecasting, as well as exponential smoothing.
