Modern education in the context of social transformation

In this article, the author considers the problems of the development of modern education in the context of social transformations from the point of view of philosophical teachings. The author points out that on the threshold of the digital and man-made "millennium" there are new tasks of forming worldview guidelines for modern education, aimed at preserving the natural basis of life. The article concludes that the training of highly qualified specialists capable of working in modern conditions of scientific and technological progress and environmental conditions and the growing global environmental crisis is the main problem of the education system. Education in the modern world should contain the goals and objectives of knowing the integrity and regularity of processes taking place in the technogenic world. The author proposes to abandon the principle when universities become the main social institutions as centers for the production, processing, storage of knowledge and training of modern specialists.
