The article studies the problem of the acmeological content of medical activity. The essence of acmeology, the content of "acme" as the pinnacle of professionalism of a medical worker are analyzed. The stages of development of professionalism are revealed and described. The interrelation of the level of professionalism and personal characteristics of a medical worker is specified. Conclusions are drawn about the importance of the formation of a balanced, creative type of professional identification of a medical worker as an indicator of the achievement of "acme" in the activity and legal field of a specialist.
