Governor's power: the implementation model (Voronezh region)

This paper is concerned with the relationship Voronezh governors with other members of a regional political process. The current situation in Russia's political culture makes leadership in the regional governor's political process. Against this background, the curious question is the implementation model of power in the region. Based on the typology Lapina - Chirikova author compares the relationship of the three governors of Voronezh with key political actors and on the basis of the results describes the current model of the governor's power.
