Elites paradigm in Russian social-political thought of the end of XIX - the beginning of the XX century

In the article approaches of the Russian philosophers to consideration of the principles of existence of elite are analyzed. The author considers dependence of development of elitological thought on civilization experience and its originality, and also on a dominating cultural and world outlook matrix.
