The bashkir lands in the orenburg region (the XVIIIth century)

In the article the author restored stages of the incorporation of the Bashkir lands in the Orenburg province in the XVIIIth century. He estimated forms of submission of Bashkirs to the regional government. Also he describes major reasons for the failure of the traditional methods to establish the most optimal methods of the management of the Bashkir realm, which could eliminate the main causes of Bashkir revolts.
