Region "Orenburg": geopolitikcal risks of the development

In the article the geo-political risks of the development of the Orenburg region from the XVIII century to our times are revealed and analised. The author offers an original conception of the regional symbols formation, reveals the dependence of the regional image from the outside factors of the economic development. Several variants of the creation of the new Orenburg image are offered.
