TV reports "Euronews" noopolitiki as an element

Article is devoted to noopolitik as dynamic information strategy for the management of international processes through the formation of the public negative attitude toward domestic and foreign policy of Syria in order to create a negative image propagated by the media of ideas and values with the active use of the mechanisms of psychological impact on mass consciousness in the analysis TV reports «Euronews».
