Charities of businessmen of the Average Volga region during public disasters (the end XIX - the beginning of XX centuries)

In article charities of businessmen of the Average Volga region in second half XIX – the XX-th century beginnings during the moments of hunger, wars and distribution of epidemics are considered. The basic forms of the help to the suffered population are defined, the model of partnership of the power and private business in the decision of social problems is revealed.
