The genesis and evolution оf Russian conservatism in the first quarter of the XIX-th century

The article describes the specific features оf Russian conservatism in the first quarter of the XIX-th century. Russian conservatism was a reaction to the liberal reforms initiated by autocracy at the beginning of XIX century. The author analyses the main aspects of the activity of early Russian conservatives: their centres, ideological trends, peculiarity of their views, their influence on the internal politic of autocracy.
