Internet tutoring

The modern coach - is a teacher who gives additional, private lessons. Pupils using modern Internet technologies can choose a teacher based public information on the qualifications, work experience, career accomplishments, service costs, etc. Relevant questions remain: what about those who need and want to increase their knowledge through lessons with qualified tutor, but has no capacity to do so, as the answer from a legal point of view on the issue of tutoring in general, how to make high-quality online tutoring? Maybe - the creation of the school system web-based educational tutoring online portal.
