System of a modern values

The article is devoted to the analysis of the value bases of the modern organization activity. The peculiarities of the organizational culture as the certain values system are discussed. On the basis of the investigation of the highlightened problems the conclusions about the impact of the social values on the development of the organization is made. The impact on the organizational values is understood as a way of managerial influence.
