Individual-psihological characteristics of individual resistance to stress

Individual-psychological personality traits play an important role in the resistance to stress. Some of these features can provide a high resistance to stress, while others impede effective adaptation to stress. This study examines the relationship stress with features of personality as introversion and extroversion, stenichnost and anxiety, and sensory spontaneity, rigidity, and emotional lability.
