The role of need-motivational sphere in the development of sports career

The personality of the young athletes passes through a stage of self-determination, and a training process should help to create all necessary conditions. Need-motivational sphere, especially at the initial stage of training, a reserve, by that an athlete can achieve a higher level of skill. Conducted in December 2011, Sociological research helped to identify some components of the athletic career that will steadfastly sustain a difficult way of formation a sport.
