The transformation of system of fine art education is late for 100

This article is about the problem of restructuring the education system in The Secondary School of fine arts. From the author’s point of view it’s necessary to rebuild the educational system because society needs for active creative person, who knows concepts of fine arts, conceptual art, and who knows how to realize his potential in the process of creative activity.
